PHASE 1: STABILIZE AND SECURE BUILDING, RESTORE EXTERIOR
Replacement of roof, complete exterior paint, interior and exterior foundation restoration, restore replace as needed, windows, doors, trim, plus any additional exterior work. Upgrade electric service.

PHASE 2: INTERIOR AND SYSTEMS WORK
Clean out first and second floor, look at all needs for repairs, replacements, or upgrades of plumbing, sewer, heating, water, electric. Review any needs for repair and restoration of walls, floors and ceilings.

PHASE 3: NEEDS BASED WORK
• Explore all agricultural, historical, educational and community use opportunities and work with        needed partners to accommodate.

• Establish meeting spaces on the second floor.

• Commit to a clean dry cellar with all facilities and equipment working.

• Community spaces for educational programs, farming workshops, Hardwick Fair, winter farmer’s market, 4-H, knitting /sewing, visitor center, private events, lecture hall etc. Programs will focus on Agriculture, Education, History and programs to support the community at large.

• Build out three historic presentations in a portion of main floor. History of farming in Hardwick,

Warner /Mixter store vignette, and Hardwick Community Fair through the years exhibit.
